Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing a membership on RV Business Hub (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by RVTaskHub LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Membership

RV Business Hub offers paid memberships that include access to the private Business Member Network Facebook group, a listing in the member directory, participation in monthly Zoom calls and Coffee Roulette pairings, and use of the referral dashboard.

Membership is available to adults (18+) who operate a legitimate business and agree to conduct themselves professionally within the community.

Billing and Cancellation

• Pricing. Memberships are available at $10 per month or $100 per year. Prices may change; we will notify active members at least 30 days before any increase takes effect.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
• Cancellation.You may cancel at any time from your Account & Billing page. Your membership remains active through the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Refunds. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days through our contact form.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your business profile and directory listing
• Treat fellow members with respect in the Facebook groups and all community spaces
• Not spam, harass, or solicit members in ways that violate community norms
• Not share access to the private Facebook group with non-members
• Not use the platform for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards, with or without prior notice, and without refund.

Directory Listings

Your directory listing is visible to the public while your membership is active. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content in your listing. We may remove or edit listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Referrals

The referral dashboard is a tracking tool only. RVTaskHub LLC makes no guarantee that referrals will result in business, revenue, or any other outcome. Referral records are self-reported and are not verified by us.

Intellectual Property

The RV Business Hub name, logo, and site content are owned by RVTaskHub LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit (business descriptions, profile info, etc.) but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, or that the community will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVTaskHub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
