Who We Are

RV Business Hub is operated by RVTaskHub LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We run a paid membership community for full-time RVer entrepreneurs at https://www.rvbusinesshub.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Meta. We store this to identify your account.
• Business profile. The business name, type, location, tagline, website, and tags you enter during registration and update in your profile settings.
• Subscription data. Your membership tier (monthly or annual), subscription status, and billing period. We do not store your payment card — that is handled entirely by Stripe.
• Referral records. Referrals you log through the dashboard, including the name, business, and notes you provide.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting provider.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your membership account
• To display your business in the member directory (active members only)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To track referrals you send and receive
• To communicate with you about your account or membership
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with these service providers to operate the platform:

• Meta (Facebook). Provides authentication via Facebook Login. Your use of Facebook Login is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe. Processes subscription payments. Stripe stores your payment method and billing details under their own Privacy Policy.
• Vercel. Hosts the application and may retain standard server logs.
• Neon (PostgreSQL). Stores your account and business data in a secure cloud database.
• Brevo. Sends transactional emails such as your welcome message and account notices. We share your name and email address with Brevo solely for this purpose, under their own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as you maintain a membership. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., records of payments).

Your Rights

You may, at any time:

• Update your business profile from your dashboard
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke access to your Facebook account from your Facebook settings

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No cookie banner is shown because we do not use non-essential cookies.

Children

RV Business Hub is intended for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
