Your Right to Delete Your Data

If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to RV Business Hub, you may request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes your account information, business profile, referral records, and any other data associated with your account.

How to Request Deletion

You have two options:

1. Use our contact form. Send a deletion request through our contact form, using the email address associated with your account and mentioning “Data Deletion Request.” We will process the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
2. Remove the app from Facebook. Go to your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find RV Business Hub, and remove it. Then message us through our contact form to confirm you want your data deleted from our servers as well.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your business profile and directory listing
• Referral records you have logged
• Any other personal data tied to your account

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data (not linked to you personally) and records we are legally required to keep, such as records of past payments for tax and accounting purposes.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email once your data has been deleted.
